About this class

This class is for continuing students who have a history of musculo-skeletal challenges.  With knowledge of and sensitivity to the various challenges facing each student, Robert will teach postures and sequences for helping to reduce pain and improve strength, mobility and overall function.

He will also provide interested students with the necessary information and encouragement for developing and refining a home practice, and/or for enhancing their ability to participate in other public classes.

Fee:

Series price is 4 classes for $100 (valid 12 weeks)
