About this class
These classes will focus on the use of biomechanics to help students achieve better alignment, more functional posture, freer movement and overall better health. Robert will teach alignment techniques in the form of “yogasana” or yoga postures. He will guide students in using yoga as a tool both to improve their standing, sitting and walking posture and to resolve posture related pain and injuries.
Robert will also provide interested students with the necessary information and encouragement for developing and refining a home practice, and/or for enhancing their ability to participate in other public classes.
Although by no means an “advanced” class, some basic vocabulary of yoga is necessary and therefore this class is appropriate for students with at least some yoga experience.
Full Series: $175 (all 8 classes)
Partial Series: $25 per class (4 or more classes)
